We believe that all families and communities should have access to our program, and our interns help make that possible. Girls on the Run provides meaningful opportunities for interns to learn and grow their skillsets.
The following internships are currently available.
Girls on the Run of Greater Knoxville is currently seeking a Program Intern for the Fall 2024 semester. This student must currently be enrolled in a qualified undergraduate or graduate program and able to commit at least 12 hours a week to advancing the mission of Girls on the Run. The program intern will work closely with the Executive Director to implement all components of GOTR programming including but not limited to: coach development, site recruitment and retention, curriculum implementation, event coodination and more. Focus areas: volunteer recruitment, program support, marketing, communications, social media, graphic design, videography, operations, special events and fundraising.
